All my new patients receive a thorough consultation and examination with their initial visit. After my examination I explain my diagnosis, and my treatment recommendations. I will typically recommend a specific rehabilitative exercise for their particular condition. If a patient does the correct, specific rehabilitative exercise, it will aid in a speedier recovery. I understand that many people are skeptical of chiropractic. They think that the chiropractor wants to over treat them, and get them hooked on chiropractic care so they feel the need to visit the chiropractor over and over again. That is not the case with me. I routinely recommend one to six visits with my new patients. Quite often that is sufficient to greatly improve their condition and get them back to their usual and customary lifestyle. A patient may need a follow-up visit in a few months, but that doesn't seem excessive to me. Ofcourse, there are certain individuals that require more extensive care; for example, people that have been involved in an auto accident, or someone with a herniated disc. At times the injury, or specific condition, is so acute and severe that ongoing care is required for the patient to completely recover. Below is a list of some of the conditions I treat:

  • Acute and chronic neck & back pain
  • Sciatica
  • Radiating pain down the arms
  • Knee problems caused from chondromalacia and meniscus rears
  • Shoulder problems caused from rotator cuff injuries
  • Plantar fascitis & heal spurs
  • Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis)
  • Sprain and strain injuries
  • Arthritis pain
  • Wrist pain

As I mentioned earlier, I believe you will not be dissapointed with my chiropractic adjustive skills. Below are the techniques I use in my practice:

  • Diversified
  • Gonstead
  • Flexion-Distraction
  • Cross friction massage
